A large double sink granite vanity and tiled walk-in shower create a spa like bathroom. ✦Upstairs Bedrooms 2 & 3✦ Bedroom 2 features a plush king-sized bed, smart Roku TV, and large closet for convenience. Bedroom 3 features a comfortable plush queen-sized bed & a day bed with trundle for additional sleeping capacity. There is also a smart Roku TV. ✦Upstairs Bathroom: The upstairs hallway bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Shampoo, conditioner, makeup towels and a hairdryer are provided for your use. ✦Outdoor Space✦ Relax under the 32-foot-long covered deck with a tall, pitched roof. Enjoy meals at the dining table that seats 6, or kick back on the 92-inch sofa and 4 large, heavy cushioned armchairs while looking out over trees at breathtaking seasonal long range mountain views! At the lower level, soak in the brand-new hot tub or roast marshmallows around the smokeless Solo Stove! 8 polywood Adirondack chairs outline the firepit along with an additional 4 chairs under the covered deck. There is a fenced dog yard alongside the house. The Fence is 4 feet high. We recommend dogs not be left unattended due to possible wildlife in the area. ✦Families ✦ We have a pack n play, high chair, booster chair and a freestanding trifold wood gate to put at the base of the stairs for safety. ✦Local Attractions✦ The main attraction is the winery Chateau Meichtry, just 2 miles from the house. The winery is beautifully laid out with old world charm, nestled in a valley surrounded by mountains. In addition to the winery, the owners have live music on the weekends and 5-6 times a year have events featuring well known cover bands from all over! The more major events are ticketed. You can find out more on their webpage. Other nearby wineries are Fainting Goat Winery, Canoe Vineyard and Winery, Catecay Vineyards, Roo Mountain Vineyards, Ott Vineyards and Winery. Nearby is Ellijay, known as the apple capital of Georgia. The surrounding area is full of orchards where you can pick your own. The orchard stores also offer homemade baked goods and cider. East Ellijay- Has many of the major retail stores such as Walmart, Ingles, and several restaurants. You can continue another 10 minutes to downtown Ellijay. Downtown is a quaint area with nice shops and restaurants. Ellijay Tapz is a nice restaurant with great small plates & outdoor seating if desired. My favorite is the personal pizza! 30 minutes to Downtown Blue Ridge

Dogs Welcome: •$125 flat fee, maximum of 2 dogs allowed •All dogs must be up to date on vaccines-rabies, distemper, parvo. •All dogs must be on flea and tick prevention. •All dogs must be leashed when outside- including taking them to the dog yard. •All dog waste bags and waste that is scooped up must be deposited in the provided trash can—waste bags and supplies available for guests •Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the house unless they are crated. **Guests will be held liable for any damage caused by their pet- scratching/ chewing of furniture, urination on carpet/furniture, etc. *Travel Insurance* We recommend that you get travel insurance through a company of your choice for in the event of unforeseen weather and circumstances. *Asian Lady beetles/stink bugs are very prevalent in the North GA/Tennessee mountains in the colder months and they do make their way inside the cabins. Despite vacuuming/cleaning and routine pest control you may see them inside. Please keep in mind they are harmless and we appreciate your understanding.
