★There is street parking for only 1 car ★You must walk down approximately **40 steps** to enter the front door of this cabin ★This cabin is water front. There are NO barriers between the property and the water. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Enter the river at your own risk. *Travel Insurance* We recommend that you get travel insurance through a company of your choice for in the event of unforeseen weather and circumstances. *Asian Lady beetles/stink bugs are very prevalent in the North GA/Tennessee mountains in the colder months and they do make their way inside the cabins. Despite vacuuming/cleaning and routine pest control you may see them inside. Please keep in mind they are harmless and we appreciate your understanding.
