Dog must be kept on a leash at all times when outside. • Any damage to the property and/or its contents you will be liable for. *Travel Insurance* We recommend that you get travel insurance through a company of your choice for in the event of unforeseen weather and circumstances. *Asian Lady beetles/stink bugs are very prevalent in the North GA/Tennessee mountains in the colder months and they do make their way inside the cabins. Despite vacuuming/cleaning and routine pest control you may see them inside. Please keep in mind they are harmless and we appreciate your understanding.
