Dog must be kept on a leash at all times when outside. *Travel Insurance* We recommend that you get travel insurance through a company of your choice for in the event of unforeseen weather and circumstances. *Ladybugs are very prevalent in the North GA/Tennessee mountains in the colder months and they do make their way inside the cabins. Despite vacuuming/cleaning and routine pest control you may see them inside. Please keep in mind they are harmless and we appreciate your understanding. ❊Wildlife Safety: Enjoy bears and other wildlife from a safe distance and never approach or feed them. Always secure food and garbage, and clean the BBQ after each use to avoid attracting wildlife. While exploring the property, please be aware that snakes and other native wildlife may occasionally be present, especially near wooded areas, brush, rock piles, logs, and tall grass. Watch where you step and avoid reaching into areas you cannot clearly see. If you encounter wildlife, give it plenty of space and allow it to move away on its own.
