Home is accessed via nicely maintained gravel roads with some steep hills — AWD/4WD is highly recommended in winter months or during rainy conditions. Maximum of 10 guests allowed. Parking available on-site for up to 6 vehicles Dogs Welcome: (Pet fee must be paid at time of booking) • maximum of 2 dogs allowed •All dogs must be leashed when outside •Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the house unless they are crated. **Guests will be held liable for any damage caused by their pet- scratching/ chewing of furniture, urination on carpet/furniture, etc. *Travel Insurance* We recommend that you get travel insurance through a company of your choice for in the event of unforeseen weather and circumstances. Asian Lady beetles/stink bugs are very prevalent in the North GA/Tennessee mountains in the colder months and they do make their way inside the cabins. Despite vacuuming/cleaning and routine pest control you may see them inside. Please keep in mind they are harmless and we appreciate your understanding.
