* 4-person max, 2 vehicle max * Travel sized soap, shampoo and conditioner provided * 2 rolls toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels provided * Coffee and tea provided * The cabin is in the woods so you may see/hear critters and/or bears (trash must be placed in bear proof trash bin) * Fire place is only available for use October-May. Only wood or Dura flame logs allowed (must bring your own wood) * Hot tub for guest 25+ only, no alcohol in hot tub. Do not use hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use at your own risk. *Security features: 1 ring flood light camera mounted above front porch steps facing the driveway * We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters *PETS: Dogs Welcome: •$195 flat fee, maximum of 1 dog allowed •All dogs must be on flea and tick prevention. •All dogs must be leashed when outside •All dog waste must be picked up •Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the house unless they are crated. **Guests will be held liable for any damage caused by their pet- scratching/ chewing of furniture, urination on carpet/furniture, etc.
