Easily accessible without 4wd. Maximum of 12 guests allowed. No pets, please—property is pet-free for guest comfort WATER AND ICE -This home has a tankless hot water system. It can take up to two minutes for hot water to dispense from the sinks and the showers. The water can get very hot so please test the water and be careful and patient to avoid burns. The fridge does not dispense water or ice. The small faucet by the sink is a reverse osmosis for drinking water. The closet ice can be purchased at the Walmart on Scenic Drive or at any gas station along the way. *Travel Insurance* We recommend that you get travel insurance through a company of your choice for in the event of unforeseen weather and circumstances. *Asian Lady beetles/stink bugs are very prevalent in the North GA/Tennessee mountains in the colder months and they do make their way inside the cabins. Despite vacuuming/cleaning and routine pest control you may see them inside. Please keep in mind they are harmless and we appreciate your understanding.
